Sarah Pugh Sarah Pugh has been teaching Permaculture in Bristol for 18 years. She was the Community Gardener at Easton Community Centre and has worked with various voluntary sector organisations, events and projects. She is a founder member of the Bristol Permaculture Group and set up and ran Transition Bristol in 2007. In 2010 she co-founded Shift Bristol.
She has huge experience of positive and negative group dynamics and has spent the last two decades learning techniques and skills for working happily with others. She went to a lot of bad meetings before discovering (often the hard way) that there are easier ways.
She has studied with Nick Osborne, Starhawk, Marina Sala and others. She teaches the Group Dynamics module on the Practical Sustainability Course and works with the directors, partners, tutors and student group throughout their year-long adventure.
